Lela, if it wasn't for your calming words and your love, I wouldn't have calmed down enough to realize (the next day of course) that there was another option. And that it was the right one. I spoke to the first mortgage person, and even though the closing costs are more than the second one, the loan has been approved at 100% financing. I went this morning and gave them an earnest deposit and next week, after Terry gets home, we go in for contract and pick out the elevation for the front of the house and the colors.
